A "You got it girl" (YGIG) is someone who is a team player, dependable, resilient, shows up for themselves and others, and doesn't let any downfall get in their way. 

She has a story to tell and has obstacles she has pushed through. She has worked through barriers and has positively changed Sports for Women. Every female athlete has a unique experience navigating the world of sports and interacting with the athletic community.

This scholarship seeks to support female athletes who have overcome barriers in their life to pursue their dreams.
